One bedroom: 625 sq. ft. Includes a patio with storage cubicle. Some include a fireplace.

Two bedroom: 800 – 900 sq. ft. Amenities such as a dishwasher, fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, laundry hook up may be included. Six units include a washer & dryer.

The three-bedroom unit includes 2 full baths, one Jacuzzi tub, laundry hook up.

A coin-operated laundry is located on each floor serving only six units.

Garages available for rent. Residents have use of courtyard gazebo which overlooks the waterfall and the pond. Fishing is available in the pond. 24 hour emergency maintenance service available.
